The procedure for setting Job Retention Deletion is explained below.

In the Sys. Menu/Count. menu, press the





select [Document Box].

Press the

key. The Document Box menu appears.

key to select [JobRet. Deletion].

Press the

key. The Job Retention Deletion screen

appears.
